The Parties agree, following discussions between them during meetings that they will begin without delay discussions with the object of fixing a line of maritime delimitation in the area lying between Jersey and France. 2. Such a delimitation will not affect in any way the fishing regime of Granville Bay, as it results from all the various texts agreed on that subject at bilateral and multilateral level.
