Decree-Law No. 149/97, transfering into internal order, Directive No. 93/53/CEE, of the Council, 24 June 1993, introducing minimum measures to fight certain fish diseases.
This Decree-Law establishes fighting measures to adopt in case of fish disease outbreak, so that a rational form of aquaculture control can be achieved in order to protect animal health.
