This Order approves technical execution norms regulating the National Fight Plan on Epidemiological Animal Rabies Surveillance and other Zoonoses. It is composed of an Annex with 29 articles, being the most significant: 1) anti-rabic vaccination obligation; 2) animals subjected to obligatory vaccination; 5) animal owners or keepers obligations in case of obligatory vaccination; 7) attestation on anti-rabic exemption vaccination; 9) fighting and supervision on other epidemiological zoonoses; 10) prophylaxis taxes; 11) dog and cat sanitary booklet, 12) exemptions on tax payments and sanitary booklets; 14) quarantine; 15) rabies and other zoonoses infected or/and suspected areas; 16) aggressor animals; 17) aggressed people; 19) aggressed animals; 20) wild carnivores; 24) reparation for obligatory sanitary slaughter; 25) authorities intervention; 27) site disinfection obligation and 29) owners or keepers responsibilities by pets on third party injury.
