It Implements Commission Directives No. 2001/47/CE, 25 July and 2001/49/CE, 28 July. The present Decree-Law is made of the cited 5 articles and Annex: 1) application field; 2) authorization revision regarding active substance “Paecilomyces fumsoroseus”; 3) authorization revision of active substance “flupirsulfurao-metilo” ; 4) application and access to final report evaluation and 5) entry into force.
