This Regulation authorizes the Alberta Bison Commission to make regulations for the purpose of operating the Alberta Bison Commission Plan. The commission may make regulations, for example, requiring any person who produces, markets or processes the regulated product to furnish to the Commission any information or record relating to the production of the regulated product that the Commission considers necessary (sect. 2(a)).
