Commission Directive 2003/21/EC amending Directive 2001/32/EC as regards certain protected zones exposed to particular plant health risks in the Community.
The countries and areas referred to in article 1 of this Directive shall be considered as protected zones for the purposes of Directive 2000/29/EC. Additionally, the Annex to Directive 2001/32/EC is amended as set out in the Annex hereto.
