Legislative Decree No. 192 implementing Directive 97/3/EC amending Directive 77/93/EEC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.

This Legislative Decree has been enacted in implementation of Council Directive 97/3/EC. The latter lays down particular amendments to Directive 77/93/EEC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.
