This Regulation, consisting of five Parts divided into 31 sections, implements the Pest Management Act 2001. Part 2 specifies requirements for licensing, Part 3 contains provisions about pest management activities and Part 4 about fumigation activities. Part 5 concerns licence fees. The Regulation is completed by two Schedules, one on fees and one containing terms relevant under the Regulation.
