The Minister responsible for agriculture is hereby empowered to make regulations for: (a) forbidding the importation of seed potatoes not conforming to requirements; (b) providing for the proper cultivation of potatoes; (c) regulating the exercise of the trade of potato-broker and fixing the brokerage fees.
