This Order shall apply to the area specified in the First Schedule to this Order excepting the Katonga Game Reserve. It prohibits the hunting of species listed in the Second Schedule but allows hunting for species listed in the first column of the Third Schedule in the number as prescribed the second column for each calendar year. A permit for this purpose shall be issued and a fee paid as set out in articles 4 and 5. The Government of the Kingdom of Toro may prescribe fees specified in the Third Schedule in respect to permits issued to bona fide residents of the Kingdom.
