The Government, for the purpose of improvement of the system of general management of rural economy in the non-black earth zone, decrees to set up State National Concern on General Management of Rural Economy in the Non-Black Earth Zone (TSENTRINZHSELSTROY). TSENTRINZHSELSTROY is authorized to carry out road construction, gas supply to villages and countryside, construction of water supply systems for agricultural purposes, projecting, construction and running of land reclamation systems, improvement of soil fertility as well as activity regarding liquidation of the consequences of Chernobyl disaster.
