Commission Regulation (EC) No. 574/2004 amending Annexes I and III to Regulation (EC) No. 2150/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste statistics.

This Regulation has been adopted by the Commission to amend and update certain provisions laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 2150/2002, which concerns the waste statistics that must be prepared by the Commission itself and the Member States. Firstly, in Annex I, Section 2(1) is replaced by Annex I to this Regulation. Secondly, Annex III is replaced by Annex II hereto.
