The aim of this Decision is the establishment of an advisory group attached to the Commission which shall be consulted in the following matters: (a) food and feed safety; (b) food and feed labelling and presentation; (c) human nutrition, in relation to food legislation; (d) animal health and welfare; (e) matters relating to crop protection, plant protection products and residues thereof, and conditions for the marketing of seed and propagation material, including biodiversity, and including matters pertaining to industrial property.
