Ministerial Decree concerning the exceptions to quality characteristics of waters for human consumption which may be authorized by the Piemonte Region.

The Piemonte Region is hereby authorized by the competent Ministries to establish exceptions to the parameters applicable to water for human consumption set out in Annex 1, part B of Legislative Decree No. 31 of 2001. The exceptions, however, may be provided within the maximum value allowed for arsenic specified in article 1 of this Decree. Food processing undertakings shall not benefit from these exceptions.
