These Regulations provide in details for the licences related to mining and mineral exploitation, in compliance with the Mineral Act. Provisions include: map staked licences application and mapping; grouping of licenses by the holder of licences may apply to group those licences to a single mapped staked licence; extended licence; mining leases; assessment work; etc.
