Order No. 949/2004 on the Implementing Regulation for Measure No.2 of the Programme on Agriculture and Rural Development.

This Order approves the implementing Regulation for Measure No.2 (“Transformation and Commercialisation of Agricultural Products”) of the Programme on Agriculture and Rural Development (AGRO). The implementing Regulation, composed of 19 articles and six Annexes, defines the general objectives of the Measure, the admitted investments, the beneficiaries, the projects to be prepared, the possible support measures and the priority actions.
