Decree implementing Commission Directive 2003/120/EC amending Directive 90/496/EEC on nutrition labelling for foodstuffs.
Articles 3 and 5 of Legislative Decree No. 77 of 1993 concerning nutrition labelling for foodstuffs are supplemented by the present Decree, by way of implementation of Commission Directive 2003/120/EC.
