Regulation establishing devices in which substances particularly harmful to environment may have been used (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 173 Pos. 1416).

The Regulation of the Minister of Labour, which is composed of three paragraphs and three Annexes, establishes: devices in which polychlorine bifenyls (PCBs) could have been used, treated as devices in which these substances were (or are) used; year of production and producer of devices specified above. Annex 1 specifies the list of capacitors in which PCBs may have been used. Transformers are specified in Annex 2. Other electroenergetic devices are specified in Annex 3.
