Commission Decision 2005/814/EC adopting Community import decisions for certain chemicals pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 304/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council and amending Decision 2000/657/EC.
The present Decision has been adopted in accordance with article 12 of Regulation (EC) No. 304/2003. It establishes the procedure for importing certain chemical substances, namely chemical tetraethyl lead, tetramethyl lead and parathion.
