Regulation concerning conditions for the preliminary qualification of groups of fruit and vegetables producers, as well as conditions and requirements of qualification plans (Journal of Laws 2004 No. 132 Pos. 1420).

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four paragraphs, establishes the conditions and requirements which shall be met by entities organizing fruit and vegetables producers, in order to be qualified by a governor as a group of producers.
