Merchant Shipping (Section 75 Inquiries) Rules 2005 (B.R. No. 47 of 2005).

These Rules apply to any inquiry under section 75 of the Merchant Shipping Act 2002, and to any re-hearing of such an inquiry under section 76 of the Act which is not held by the Supreme Court. They specify procedures for the serving of a notice of inquiry by the Minister, the appointment of the court of inquiry and the inquiry itself.
