Ministerial Decree implementing Commission Directive 2005/43/EC amending the Annexes to Council Directive 68/193/EEC on the marketing of material for the vegetative propagation of the vine.

By way of implementation of Directive 2005/43/EC, which amended the Annexes attached to Directive 68/193/EEC on the marketing of material for the vegetative propagation of the vine, this Decree lays down amendments to Decree of 8 February 2005 concerning the marketing of material for the vegetative propagation of the vine.
