Commission Decision 2006/780 on avoiding double counting of greenhouse gas emission reductions under the Community emissions trading scheme for project activities under the Kyoto Protocol pursuant to Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.

This Decision implements article 11b of Directive 2003/87/EC (as amended by Directive 2004/101/EC) concerning project activities for reducing or limiting emissions. The aim is to avoid double counting of greenhouse gas emission reductions under the Community emissions trading scheme.
