The purpose of the present Law is to establish a legal framework for the free access to environmental information incumbent on entities due to provide information, as well as for the diffusion of environmental information. Everybody has the right to free access to environmental information without being obliged to show a legal standing. The text consists of 12 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Definition of terms (I); Access to environment information on application (II); Environmental information to be obtained without application (III); Final provisions (IV).
