The present Ordinance is applicable to the exploitation of petroleum, natural gas and other mineral resources, to underground storage of substances and to preparation plans, and processing. However, the Ordinance is not applicable to mechanical drillings exclusively used for blasting, as well as for the making of shafts and sections.
