The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the implementation of the Berlin Fishery Law of 19 June 1995. The text consists of 42 articles divided into 15 Parts as follows: Sphere of application (1); Fostering, stock enhancement and repopulation, fish diseases, fish mortality (2); Fishing ban, closed season, minimum size (3); Protection of fish spawn (4); Protection of waters, protection of catch, conservation, transport (5); Kind of fishing gear, use (6); Organization of fishing (7); Recreational fishing events (8); Use of artificial light and electricity in waters for fishery and scientific purposes (9); Maintenance and improvement of waters and construction of installations in and on waters (10); Issuing of angling cards (11); Data protection (12); Identity card and distinctive marks of fishery inspectors (13); Penalties (14); Entry into force (15).
