The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2000/76/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the incineration of waste, and in particular those provisions concerning waste water, in case the Waste Water Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 4047, 4550) of 15 October 2002 does not contain the necessary regulations.
