The present Ordinance of the Land Hamburg lays down provisions relating to measures concerning the common agricultural reform. Article 1 deals with the system to be established to identify agricultural land; article 2 concerns the minimum size of agricultural land plots; and article 3 establishes rules on the conservation of landscape and agricultural heritage.
