Commission Directive 2007/40/EC amending Directive 2001/32/EC recognising protected zones exposed to particular plant health risks in the Community.
This Directive amends and supplements the Annex to Directive 2001/32/EC, which lists out the European Community zones considered to be protected in respect of the harmful organisms specified therein.
