Commission Regulation (EC) No. 166/2008 concerning the authorisation of a new use of the preparation of Bacillus cereus var. toyoi (Toyocerin) as a feed additive.
By virtue of this Regulation, a new use of the preparation of Bacillus cereus var. toyoi (Toyocerin) as an additive in feedingstuffs is allowed. The Annex specifies the conditions under which such new use is authorized.
