This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 18 articles and one Annex, establishes details on: qualifications and technical requirements for issuing the certificate for professional assessment of air quality; properties of administration concerning authorized measurement of emissions and assessment of air quality. The Annex specifies detailed properties of assessment procedures.
