This Act creates the Commonwealth Comprehensive Infrastructure Plan Task Force and defines its composition, duties and organization. The Task Force shall develop a comprehensive infrastructure plan for the Commonwealth and recomend and draft legislation necessary to implement such plan. The infrastructure works shall include water supply, sewerage and seaports.
