The Ministry of Education and Science jointly with the Ministry of Public Health and the Ministry of Agriculture shall set up a system of microbiological monitoring, which shall include the registration, updating and renewal of a database of pathogenic organisms, and shall carry out a series of organizational and methodological measures to prevent, contain, and mitigate the consequences of biological pollution.
