Ministerial Decree No. 732 validating the Regulation on licensing the manufacture of spirits.

This Decree requires manufacturers of spirits obtain a general state licence, for which applicants must submit the following documentation: (a) application; (b) notarized copies of the statute and of the state registration certificate (for legal persons); (c) copy of a personal identification document (for natural persons); (d) notarized copy of the state registration for individual entrepreneurs; (e) tax inspection registration certificate; (f) receipt for payment of licensing fees; and (g) documentation attesting to the applicant’s qualifications for the licence.
