Environmental Impact Assessment (Forestry) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 (S.R. No. 355 of 2007).

These Regulations amend the Environmental Impact Assessment (Forestry) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 in provisions concerning the penalty for a summary offence, i.e. failure to obey a summons. They also revoke the Environmental Impact Assessment (Forestry) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 which amended Regulations revoked by the 2006 Regulations.
