Ministerial Joint Decision No. 1140/93 dealing with ascorbics in foodstuffs of vegetable origin.
This Decision approves the Decision No. 1140/93 by the Supreme Council of Chemistry regarding food additives in foodstuffs. The use of E300, E301, E302 and E304 (ascorbics) may be used on canned foodstuffs of vegetable origin.
