Decree No. 6.440 promulgating the Agreement on the implementation of Part XI of 1982 UN Covenant on the Law of the Sea.

This Decree is composed of three articles and one Annex. It promulgates the Agreement on the implementation of Part XI, completed in New York in 1994, of 1982 UN Covenant on the Law of the Sea. The Annex provides the text of the Part XI.
