The present Ordinance implements the Rheinland-Pfalz Fishery Law of 9 December 1974. Article 1 establishes that the Fishery Book is run by the competent fishery authority according to a model issued by the competent Ministry. Registrations are effected on request. The cancellation of a certain fishing right is registered ex officio.
