This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of elaboration and conclusion of contracts on allocation of shares of quotas for aquatic biological resources for which total allowable catch is applicable and also for aquatic biological resources species allocated to the Russian Federation by international agreements. Shares pf quotas shall be allocated to legal persons of individual entrepreneurs through tenders established for sale of quotas for industrial and coastal fisheries. The period of validity of contract shall be 10 years. Annex 1 contains the form of contract for the allocation of shares of quotas for the fisheries of aquatic biological resources.
