Commission Regulation (EC) No. 134/2009 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) as regards Annex XI.

These provisions lay down certain amendments to Annex XI to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). Annex XI allows registrants, under certain conditions, to omit testing.
