Commission Decision 2009/362/EC authorising the placing on the market of lycopene as novel food ingredient under Regulation (EC) No. 258/97 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
This Decision allows the marketing of synthetic lycopene as a novel food ingredient to be used in the foods listed in Annex II, according to the labelling requirements and conditions specified in the Annexes.
