Regulation amending Regulation on detailed quality standards concerning the marketing of cocoa and chocolate products (Journal of Laws 2008 No. 54 Pos. 329, 330).

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs, implements point A.2 of Annex 1 of Directive 2000/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to cocoa and chocolate products intended for human consumption, and establish sales names, definitions and characteristics of fat-reduced cocoa, drinking chocolate and filled chocolate.
