Regional Act No. 39 setting up the authorities responsible for exercising functions of local entities in matter of water resources and waste management, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 152 of 2006.

This Regional Act sets out the legislative framework concerning the arrangement and functioning of the integrated water service and the integrated waste management service. It provides for the establishment of special authorities and defines the procedures for the adoption of the plans envisaged at the national level in the Code of the Environment.
