The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to guidelines on the promotion of agriculture and forestry. These guidelines shall be applied to all promotion programmes other than national and EU ones. The text consists of 56 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Promotion proceedings (II); Special measures concerning promotion (III); Final provisions (IV).
