These Rules amend the Goa Non-Biodegradable Garbage (Control) Rules, 1997 by inserting a new definition of “garbage/waste” and by substituting sub-rule (1) of rule 11 with new provisions on powers of officers/employees of local authority and members of the Garbage Management Committee.
