Rural Development Contracts (Rural Priorities) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2009 (S.S.I. No. 233 of 2009).

These Regulations amend the Rural Development Contracts (Rural Priorities) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 as far as the activity and eligibility of specified rural priorities conditions is concerned and in Table C in Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations on new Initial Planting Standard Cost Rates and Maintenance Standard Cost Rates.
