The aim of this Act is the protection of human life and health as well as of the environment from harmful effects resulting from the processing, handling and putting into circulation of certain products. To such purpose, producers must ensure compliance with the Law. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Monitoring (2); Final provisions (3).
