Plant Quarantine (Harmful Organisms) (Amendment) Regulations, 2010 (L.N. 77 of 2010).

These provisions lay down some amendments to Schedules II, III, IV and V to the Plant Quarantine (Harmful Organisms) Regulations, which regard the list of harmful organisms whose introduction into and spread within Malta is banned, and the list of plants and plant products which may not be introduced into Malta.
