Local Government Amendment Code, 1998 (Republic Act No. 8553).
This Act amends section 41(B) of the Local Government Code of 1991 by substituting it with a new section dealing with election procedures for members of the sangguniang panlalawigan, sangguniang panlungsod, and sangguniang bayan.
