This Ministerial Decree establishes terms and conditions for concession of subsidies from the federal budget to legal persons carrying out the arrangements for collection, recycling, disposal and storage of radioactive waste, selection criteria for legal persons authorized to receive the aforesaid subsidies and the modalities of setting amount of such subsidies. The aforesaid subsidies shall be granted legal persons of any organizational and legal form except for state (municipal) enterprises on a reimbursable basis. The applicant shall submit to the competent authority the following documentation: (a) application; (b) copy of applicability certificate; (c) copy of authorization (licences) for operation of stationary facility for storage, treatment and processing of radioactive waste; (d) copy of accounting records bearing tax inspection stamp; (e) tax inspection certificate attesting absence of unliquidated obligation; (f) substantiation of the amount of subsidy; and (g) certificate attesting ownership by the applicant of radioactive waste storage sites.
